These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the mobile application “Happiness Navi Pro AI” (“the App”), provided by H3 LLC, represented by Noriaki Tsunoda (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Article 1 — Applicability

 

These Terms apply to all users of the App.

 

We may update or modify these Terms as necessary.

Any revisions shall become effective upon publication on this page.

Article 2 — User Environment

 

Users are responsible for preparing and maintaining:

 

• A compatible smartphone device

• An internet connection

• The latest supported operating system

 

All costs related to device usage and internet connectivity shall be borne by the user.

Article 3 — Prohibited Conduct

 

Users shall not engage in the following actions:

 

• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or tampering

• Inputting false, harmful, or inappropriate information

• Modifying, copying, distributing, or reselling the App

• Using the App for unlawful purposes

• Using AI-generated comments for medical diagnosis or treatment

• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the provider

Article 4 — Important Disclaimer Regarding AI

 

The AI Partner feature provides automatically generated comments. However:

 

• The AI is not designed or intended for medical purposes

• It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice

• It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment

• Users should always consult qualified healthcare professionals when necessary

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate

 

We shall not be liable for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content.

 

If you experience physical or mental distress, please seek professional medical assistance.

Article 5 — Subscriptions and Payments

 

Pro AI subscriptions are processed through Apple’s Auto-Renewable Subscription system.

 

Subscription management must be performed via:

 

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

 

The App does not process payments and cannot cancel, refund, or modify billing information.

 

​Subscription prices are determined by Apple and may vary by country, region, or currency. Prices are subject to change in accordance with Apple’s pricing policies.

 

Article 6 — Refunds

 

For refund requests or billing-related issues, users must contact Apple Support directly.

Article 7 — Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

 

• Use or inability to use the App

• Network or communication failures

• Device malfunction

• Data loss

• AI-generated content

Article 8 — Service Modification or Termination

 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

Article 9 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

 

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
