This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile applications “Happiness Navi” and “Happiness Navi Pro AI” (collectively, “the App”) handle user data, with the highest priority placed on privacy and the protection of personal information.

Article 1 — Information Collected

 

The App stores the following data locally on the user’s device:

 

• Records of sleep, walking, stretching, gratitude, and reflections

• Entries in “Daily Note” (Pro AI only)

• AI-generated comments (Pro AI only)

• Timestamps, app version information, and related technical metadata

 

All such information is stored exclusively on the user’s device and is not automatically transmitted to external servers.

Article 2 — AI Processing

 

Happiness Navi Pro AI generates comments based on recorded data and “Daily Note” entries.

 

• AI processing is performed via the OpenAI API

• Only the minimum necessary content required to generate comments is transmitted

• No directly identifiable personal information (such as name, address, or email address) is transmitted

• AI-generated comments are stored locally on the user’s device​

 

 

Article 3 — Third-Party Services

 

The App does not sell, trade, or otherwise share user data with third parties, except as necessary for the following services:

 

• OpenAI (for AI-generated comments)

• Apple App Store (for subscription and payment processing)

• Wix (only for inquiries submitted through the website contact form)

Article 4 — Data Storage and Deletion

 

All user data is stored locally on the user’s device.

 

If the App is uninstalled, all locally stored data will be deleted.

 

Subscription information for Pro AI is managed exclusively by Apple and is not stored by the App.

 

 

 

Article 5 — Subscriptions

 

All subscription and billing transactions are processed by Apple.

The App does not store, process, or manage any billing information.
