**プライバシーポリシー（幸せ感ナビ Pro AI）Wix 掲載版：2025年版**

本アプリ「幸せ感ナビ」、および「幸せ感ナビ Pro AI」（以下「本アプリ」）では、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護を最優先事項として取り扱います。本ポリシーでは、データの収集・利用・保存について説明します。

 

第1条（収集する情報）

本アプリは、以下の情報をアプリ内に保存します。

  • 睡眠・ウォーキング・ストレッチ・感謝記録・感じたことの記録

  • 「今日のひとことメモ」入力内容（Pro AI のみ）

  • 生成された AI コメント（Pro AI のみ）

  • 記録日時、アプリのバージョン情報などの付随情報

これらの情報はすべて 利用者の端末内に保存 され、外部へ自動送信されることはありません。

 

第2条（AIによる処理について）

Pro AI では、入力された「ひとことメモ」「記録データ」をもとに AI パートナーがコメントを生成します。

  • AI は OpenAI API を利用します

  • 送信される内容は、AI コメント生成に必要な最小限の範囲のみ

  • 利用者が特定される情報（氏名・住所・メールなど）は送信されません

生成されたAIコメントは端末内に保存されます。

 

第3条（データの第三者提供について）

本アプリは、以下を除き、利用者の個人データを第三者に提供・販売・共有することはありません。

  • OpenAI API（AIコメント生成のため）

  • Apple App Store（サブスクリプションの管理）

  • Wix（お問い合わせフォームのみ）

 

第4条（データの保存・削除）

アプリのデータは利用者の端末内に保存されます。
利用者がアプリを削除した場合、保存されたすべてのデータは端末から削除されます。

Pro AIのサブスクリプション情報は Apple によって管理され、アプリ側では保持しません。

 

第5条（サブスクリプションについて）

課金に関する情報は Apple が管理します。
本アプリは、課金情報や支払情報を一切保持しません。
