幸せ感ナビ Pro AI – 利用規約（Terms of Use）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、エイチスリー合同会社 / 代表 角田礼昭（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ「幸せ感ナビ Pro AI」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。本アプリを利用された場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

 

第1条（適用）

本規約は本アプリの利用に関する一切に適用されます。
当方は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

 

第2条（利用環境）

本アプリの利用にはスマートフォン、通信環境、最新OS など利用者自身の責任で準備するものとします。

 

第3条（禁止事項）

以下の行為を禁止します。

  • 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング等

  • 不適切または虚偽の情報入力

  • 本アプリの改変・複製・転載

  • 違法目的での使用

  • AIコメントを医療行為・健康診断・治療判断に使用する行為

  • その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

 

第4条（AIによる重要な免責事項）

本アプリは AI パートナー機能（AIコメント生成）を提供していますが、以下にご注意ください。

  • AIは医療行為を目的としたものではありません

  • 精神・身体の健康診断、診療、治療、処方などの専門判断の代替にはなりません

  • 健康に関するアドバイスは専門家による判断を優先してください

  • 生成されるAIコメントは完全・正確である保証はありません

  • AIの出力を根拠として行動した結果について一切の責任を負いません

万が一、体調や心の不調がある場合は、必ず医師や専門家に相談してください。

 

第5条（サブスクリプションと支払い）

本アプリの Pro プラン（月額・年額）は、Apple が提供する「Auto-Renewable Subscription（自動更新）」を利用します。

  • サブスクリプションの管理

  • 更新の停止

  • 課金状況の確認

これらは Apple ID → 設定 → サブスクリプション から行ってください。
本アプリ側ではキャンセル・返金・課金状況の変更はできません。

 

第6条（返金について）

返金や課金に関するお問い合わせは Apple のサポートにご連絡ください。
本アプリでは返金対応はできません。

 

第7条（免責事項）

本アプリの利用により発生した損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
通信障害・端末故障・データ消失などについても責任を負いません。

 

第8条（サービスの変更・終了）

当方は、必要に応じて本アプリの内容・機能を変更または提供を中止することがあります。

 

第9条（準拠法）

本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。

English Translation Terms of Use — Happiness Navi Pro AI These Terms (“the Terms”) outline the conditions of use for the app “Happiness Navi Pro AI” (“the App”), provided by H3 LLC / Representative: Noriaki Tsunoda.By using the App, you agree to these Terms. --- Article 1 — Applicability These Terms apply to all use of the App.We may update the Terms as needed.Updates become effective when published on this page. --- Article 2 — User Environment The user is responsible for preparing a smartphone, internet connection, and the latest OS required for using the App. --- Article 3 — Prohibited Actions The following actions are prohibited: - Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, tampering - Entering false or inappropriate information - Modifying, copying, or redistributing the App - Using the App for unlawful purposes - Using AI comments for medical diagnosis or treatment - Any act deemed inappropriate by the provider --- Article 4 — Important Disclaimer Regarding AI The AI Partner provides generated comments, but: - The AI is not intended for medical purposes - It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment - Always follow the advice of healthcare professionals - AI comments are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete - We take no responsibility for actions taken based on AI output If you feel unwell, please consult a medical professional. --- Article 5 — Subscriptions and Payments Pro AI subscriptions use Apple’s Auto-Renewable Subscription system. Subscription management must be done via:Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions The App cannot cancel, refund, or modify billing details. --- Article 6 — Refunds For refunds or billing issues, please contact Apple Support. --- Article 7 — Liability Disclaimer We bear no responsibility for damages caused by: - Use of the App - Network issues - Device malfunction - Data loss --- Article 8 — Service Changes and Termination We may modify or discontinue the App or its features as necessary. --- Article 9 — Governing Law These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
